5. Undergo a clinical examination – within 48 hours before applying for a health certificate
6. Apply for a certificate at the Powiatowy Inspektorat Weterynarii, Office in Gdańsk, ul. Kartuska 249, with your animal, a completed application form, and confirmation of payment of the administrative fee.
Passport legalization
1. Passports can only be legalized after making an appointment by calling 58 302 00 01.
2. Passports can only be legalized if the data is consistent and the animal has a valid rabies vaccination.
